La ubicación es perfecta, la distribución y el diseño del apartamento lo hacen muy agradable. Amplísima colección musical. Los anfitriones lo hacen todo muy sencillo. En resumen, mi estancia fue ideal en Jazz House.

Comfortable apartment in a lively neighborhood

I stayed in this apartment for several weeks during a workation. Overall, the apartment was clean, well maintained and offered a comfortable base for exploring the city and the island as well as for remote work with a desk, office chair, high-speed internet and external display. The location is very convenient with many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the main bus station with connections across the island is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything easy and pleasant. Since the apartment is located in a lively part of the city with commercial businesses in the vicinity, there is naturally some activity and noise during the day. Additionally, there were ongoing renovation works next door, which sometimes made remote work a bit difficult.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo appartamento. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per muoversi in zona. L’alloggio è curato, accogliente e ben attrezzato, perfetto anche per soggiorni lunghi, grazie alla presenza di tutto il necessario. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza. Lo consigliamo sicuramente! Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità.

Estuve durante 3 meses por motivos de trabajo y todo excelente desde el principio. El trato inmejorable, con amabilidad y disponibilidad en caso de algun problema. Situada al lado de la plaza de la feria, a 15 minutos del centro y de la plaza de San Telmo. La casa es muy moderna y cuidada, lo que transmite sensacion de hogar. Dos baños con duchas cómodas, al igual que la habitación principal. Cocina completamente equipada y con buen funcionamiento. Salon con escritorio en el que se puede trabajar comodamente y además del equipo de musica, television con varias plataformas de streaming para pasar el rato. Sin duda, si tuviera que volver a Las Palmas, me quedaría aquí de nuevo.
