Perfect!

Casa Papuzza was perfect for my needs. The hosts and management gave me all the information I needed upfront for a smooth checkin and stay. It was located close to the main square, was quiet and a slice of Sicilian heaven. I will definitely stay again if I ever have the privilege of visiting Salina again.

Great location in Malfa - comfortable, relaxing, and centrally located to reach amenities and the beach all in under 20 mins by foot. Easy to take the bus from two nearby stops (5 min walk). House was fully equipped with everything you would need + some extras (ie, coffee maker, laundry machine). Only thing missing for me was a kettle, as a tea drinker! For all of the AirBnB rentals from Alessandra/Salina Tourism, it is required to manage the garbage/recycling yourself, separating all the types and putting garbage out for collection on a daily basis. This was a bit odd for me and is not a normal requirement from any AirBnB I have heard of (generally garbage is managed by the host or property managers). I was only there for 1 week and did not always manage this responsibility, but did my best to comply. Overall the stay was extremely pleasant and Alessandra and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend dropping by the office to say hi!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf Salina

Die Casa Papuzza ist ein wunderbarer Ort um einen entspannten Urlaub auf Salina zu verbringen. Das Haus ist umfassend ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber Sara und Gaetano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great studio apartment for a couple. Everything was clean and well set up. Easy walking distance to the town centre for restaurants and supermarket. The apartment has a lovely terrace to sit out on and enjoy meals outside. The hosts, Gaetano and Sara were very friendly and most hospitable during our stay.
