Bella Taormina

We stayed here as we wanted somewhere that would provide self catering. Eidos gave us all the amenities that we needed. The coffee maker made great expressos. Wifi and air conditioning was good and rooms big enough for 4 people. Loved the outside area where we were able to go and sit. We enjoyed our stay here.
Location was perfect. Close to everything - supermarket, restaurants and shopping. A short walk to other areas of interest. Staff at Eidos were very helpful and were able to arrange trips for us which we loved - Mount Etna tour and boating trip.
The front door key was attached to another key that was used to access the electrical power, in Eidos. When you closed the front door you had to remove it and lose power to electrical outputs and lighting. Can understand why it was done this way. A torch would be handy especially as we ended up in the dark many times. Luckily we had use of lighting on our mobile phones.

Taormina Stay

Strange times during COVID, so nothing was open, so cant review Taormina as a whole!
Location of apartment
Update electronics; take out ratings on display that are older than 2 years; kettle and toaster should be standard; update cooking utensils, knives were blunt as spoons

Perfect for our family stay in Taormina

Very comfortable apartment for our large family (couple with four children) in a fantastic location in Taormina. We were very warmly welcomed, following the airport taxi arranged by the host, and given lots of useful advice on the surrounding area. The apartment was as described, with no negative surprises, and excellent value for money for the six of us.
Aside from the amazing location, the beds were particularly comfortable, and the WiFi was decent quality.
Nothing - the apartment was perfect for our particular requirements for this holiday, and if (when!) we return to Taormina, we'd have no hesitation in choosing it again.
