Lovely home in Aciresle

Carola & Giovanni were excellent hosts. We felt welcomed & privileged to be their guests. They were prompt in responding to texts, provided helpful info on places to visit, kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, location was perfect, swimming pool is lovely! We enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful location and hosts are amazing

Merveilleuse villa

La villa est très grande, très bien pour une famille. La vue est incroyable, vous pouvez la regarder pendant des heures. Et notre hôte a été d'une tres grande gentillesse, et je n'ai rarement vue quelqu'un d'aussi accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pool house with the most magnificent view

The big attraction is definitely the pool and the view of the sea. Even in October we spent most of our time by the pool and when you are from Scandinavia you can also go for a swim. The house is very big and easily suits a family of 6. The house is situated in a way where it's necessary to have a car. Even though it looks as if you can walk into Acireale on a map, the road isn't suitable for walking. Because the road is on a steep hill the noise from the cars is amplified between the hill side and the houses which means that there is some noise from the cars. The house is close to Acireale which has an old city centre which is really nice. Also make sure to got to Santa Maria La Scala - the small harbour village which is overlooked from the pool - and have a traditional lunch. In general the location is great as there is around 1 hour by car to many of the attractions on the east coast, The host was fantastic. We were greeted by Sara and her farther who made sure we had a bottle of wine for the evening :-) Furthermore they gave us a lot of tips and tricks. Communication was easy and Sara was available when needed. Also her farther offered us traditional Sicilian pasta dishes for lunch - fantastic. This accommodation is highly recommendable.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in villa Battiato

We had an excellent stay, The villa is very comfortable for our family of 4. The pool is fabulous. The owners are very hospitable and attentive. Netflix offered in many languages. Air conditioning works well in all bedrooms and kitchen area downstairs. Wifi works well but broadband could be better. Extra care must be taken to cross the busy road with blind spots. A car is a must. Villa is located close to the center of town. We had a wonderful time in this villa Thank you!
