+ Il ricordo della vista su mare e isole dal terrazzo e delle albe spettacolari ce lo porteremo dietro tutta la vita. - Dotazione della cucina che definiremmo spartana. Siamo in Sicilia e non esiste uno spremiagrumi: non si può sentire. Il bagno ha urgente bisogno di ristrutturazione.

tutto perfetto! + La struttura si presenta esattamente come nelle foto, il punto forte della casa è il terrazzo che affaccia sul mare. I proprietari di casa sono stati estremamente gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare a mare e su come muoverci nell’isola. Anche la posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti in motorino da Santa Marina. Casa consigliatissima!

Nice location, needs maintenance as the kitchen flooded

We stayed in one of the apartments with a couple of friends with a child. The location is easily reachable by car although it's in the high part of the town, so it's a bit of a climb if you are by foot. The garden and the views are very nice. The house needs some maintenance. It was clean, but the bathroom is quite uncomfortable. Also it has 2 access from both rooms which makes it difficult if you want privacy. The shower is tiny and not comfortable. One room especially is very humid as it's carved in the slope of the road. We had a bad experience the first night: at our arrival at night the kitchen was flooded because of a big hole in the sink tube. This means to me that there has been no maintenance lately. Therefore we had no electricity and no water for 24 hours. Nobody came to check (it was 22:30 in the evening), they only tried to help by phone, but we would have appreciated a visit from a member of the agency. They reimbursed only a third of the price of one night, which is not a lot considering we had to clean all the water out and couldn't take showers or go to the toilet.

Alloggio pulito e fornito di ogni comfort. Con il motorino sono 2 minuti dal corso di Santa Marina. Eccellente posizione e vista panoramica su Lipari. Consigliato!

Vista meravigliosa, Luciano e sua moglie sono splendidi, la posizione della casa assicura privacy e tranquillità.

We had a wonderfull journey. The house is high up so it is never too hot, even during the heat wave we had. The view on Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli from the terrace is marvellous, and the surrounding garden is really appreciable. Being high with respect to the city center, even if it is only 10 min walk, it is really necessary to have a car or at least a scooter, because the slope is very steep and it is really hard to climb there by more than 30°C. Mrs. Rody who welcomed us was very helpful. The house itself is beautifull, well equiped, a bit vintage but very convenient, and one feels rapidly like home.

Casa in bellissima e tranquillissima posizione, si consiglia il noleggio di un mezzo per raggiungerla.

La terrazza e mozzafiato! La casa molto spartana e raggiungibile dopo una bella salita. Nel complesso discreto rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Beautiful, comfortable home and with a magnificent view from the terrace. Salina is a very charming village. The people are very nice. Highly recommended.

La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, il posto è molto tranquillo con una bellissima vista , bel giardino.

Buona posizione, casa pulita. Un po’ care la spesa extra, 40€ per pulìzia e 20€ per biancheria.

Ci siamo trovati magnificamente! La casa si trova nella parte superiore di Santa Marina (si consiglia l'affitto di un mezzo). La casa è piccola, confortevole e dotata di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Il pezzo forte è uno splendido patio con vista su Lipari di cui non ci si potrà non innamorare. Il nostro soggiorno è stato allietato dalla presenza di Annamaria e Luciano, i proprietari, che ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. È raro trovare persone così ospitali ed è proprio per questo che quando torneremo a Salina ci rivolgeremo di sicuro a loro! Mario e Annalisa

Very nice house with an amazing view. We were very warmly welcomed by Lucciano and Anne-Marie. Although we encountered some difficulties in communication, I can definitely recommend this apartment!

abbiamo passato 5 giorni meravigliosi ,la casa ha una vista mozzafiato ,il letto comodissimo ed un cucinino che ti permette di cucinare in terrazza. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario noleggiare lo scooter ma cmq è obbligatorio per visitare l'isola. Ho già consigliato ad amici anche perché qualità/ prezzo è imbattibile

Annamaria e Luciano, i proprietari, ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire subito a casa. Il pezzo forte dell'abitazione è sicuramente il terrazzo con vista su quasi tutte le Eolie. Sarà un piacere tornarci!

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet, no-frills house. The garden is full of bougainvillea, wild fennel and flowers and is a joy to walk through to get to the villa. There’s an outdoor shower which we loved using after the hot walk up from town. There was an issue with the aircon when we arrived which meant we had to use a noisy office fan - not ideal - but this was fixed after a few days, we understand on an island it’s not easy to get the missing parts quickly. There is a bit of an issue with ants - even though we kept no food in the house. We loved our kind host - who lives in the next door villa - and had a peaceful stay on Salina.

Comunicazione veloce e chiara con Alessandra che si è resa fin da subito molto disponibile. L’appartamento gode di una bellissima vista su Lipari per la quale vale la pena camminare un po’ per raggiungerla dal centro!

Collocazione ideale dell'appartamento, a due passi dal centro e dal lungo mare e con una vista meravigliosa.
