Excellent place for family vacation

Clean, easy to access, the beach in front of the balcony, we had all we needed . Shop just at 1 min by walk, restaurants at just few steps.

We have rented this apartment a few times and have always had a great time. It is in a fantastic location, only a few metres from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. On the fourth floor, the apartment is easily accessed by a lift and the entrance hall and corridors are immaculate. Despite its central position close to the town's main square the apartment is quite and peaceful with a wonderful large terrace overlooking the ocean. Carlos is very efficient and helpful and the whole procedure of booking and checking in is simple. We will return!

Perfect stay

This apartment was exactly what I needed. Location is fantastic, right on the beachfront and in the square, but not noisy at night as the bedroom is on the other side of the apartment. It was clean, and had great facilities, cooking equipment, coffee making. A lovely little balcony to sit on, I recommend sitting there for sunrise with a coffee, beautiful. Carlos was also great, and always there to answer any questions and gave me some great recommendations. I will absolutely be coming back, this place was a little gem. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our family holiday! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to attractions, restaurants and beach. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The apartment was very clean and excellently located. We had the beach, the shops, the playground, restaurants and bus stop nearby. El Medano is not as touristy as other southern towns, which suited us well. But it is very windy there.

Wir waren schon häufiger in dem Haus. Die beste Lage in el Medano. Relativ ruhiges Haus. Wird innen und aussen gut sauber gehalten. Pool mit Meerwasser etwas frisch im Winter - aber ok. Der Kontakt + Service (u.a. 1x Wäschetausch pro Woche!) ist ausgezeichnet.

crazy views but be aware of some noise

amazing host. amazing views. only downside is that the bedrooms are facing the bussy restaurants and events at el medanos square. so if you are sensitive to noise, try to book something 100m more south.

The perfect place

Really nice and spacy apartment. The Terrace and view is marvellous kitchen is well equipped. Has been recently renovated in modern colours. It’s the perfect space to be close to the beach and all the surfing shops. There is some noise during the day of the nights are very quiet. Besides the sound of the waves☺️.

Alquiilamos el apartamento durante la Romeria Barquera de El Medano de Sep 2023. La localizacion y comodidad fue lo mejor. Aunque el sol es muy fuerte en la terraza, el apartamento es muy fresco. Quiero volver el proximo 2024.

We had a wonderful 8 days in the apartment. It's in a fantastic location, just a few metres from the beach on the town's main square. Great bars and restaurants, a supermarket and bank are virtually next door. Carlos met us on our arrival. Friendly and charming, he couldn't have been more helpful, agreeing to let us stay on until late afternoon on the day of our departure at no extra cost. we will definitely be back to this apartment.

Nice and spacious, especially for 2 people. Perfect location, the Dial Prix is around the corner to pick up fresh bread every morning. the double bed is very comfortable

Beautiful apartment in a quiet and perfect location.

The apartment is very well located. Everything (beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) is within walking distance in a few minutes. You can see the sea and the house mountain from the balcony. From the large roof terrace additionally the Teide. Kitchen, washing machine, elevator and enough space is available. Yes, you can hear the planes taking off but I never found this annoying as the noise is quickly gone. There are no takeoffs at night. The staff was very welcoming, punctual and always available.I will be very happy to come back.
