Family trip to beautiful Altea
The home was a true gem enveloped in an enchanting setting in the middle of old houses. Just a short stroll away was the beach, shops, the lively market and a wide range of unforgettable experiences.
The landlord exceeded all expectations with a service that deserves special recognition. Any doubts or concerns were handled with exceptional friendliness and efficiency.
The accommodation was ideal for the whole family which included two grandparents, four adult children and an infant. Regardless of age, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the house appeared as a harmonious gathering place for us all. The neighborhood's streets were an oasis free of car traffic, adding to a sense of peace and picturesque beauty around us.
This holiday was a true triumph, with every element falling into place to create the ultimate holiday experience. The setting around us matched the quality of our time together.
The old town was beautiful, clean and authentic.
The beach was clean and there was room for the family to laze around.
The locals were friendly and welcoming.
The landlord was great
We didn't need a car
The house provided the opportunity to relax at home.
I don't know what it would be.

MAGNÍFICO APARTAMENTO EN EL CENTRO DE ALTEA
Es un apartamento de mucho nivel, nuevo, muy grande, cómodo, con buenas vistas, bien diseñado, decorado y amueblado, bien acondicionado, bien equipado y próximo a la zona alta de Altea. Está distribuido en dos plantas: planta primera y segunda. En planta baja hay otro apartamento. El aparcamiento público gratuito está bastante cerca. El contacto con los gestores del apartamento fue correcto. Dejan algunos detalles de cortesía a los huéspedes.
Hay que depositar una fianza, pero la devuelven enseguida una vez verifican el estado en que dejas el apartamento.
Se echa de menos alguna lámpara de pie junto a los sofás y butacas para poder leer de noche.

We stayed in the Remedi apartment as a trial for a family stay later in the year. 2 Floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier, toaster, kettle coffee machines, iron and ironing board and 'starter' supplies including a bottle of wine. Very spacious and well located, up steps and slope to the main square with many restaurants and down slopes and steps to the town centre and sea front also with many restaurants. Lovely view from the balcony. Meet and greet and communication with Rania was excellent.

pácticamente perfecto
el apartamento ha hecho una estancia prácticamente perfecta, digo prácticamente porque llegar hasta la vivienda nos resultó incómodo y complicado ya que hay que llegar hasta allí cargados de bultos (equipaje, comida, etc.) teniendo en cuenta que no se puede descargar en la puerta del edificio y que la calle estaba impracticable porque estaba en obras, cosa de la que no tuvimos noticia hasta que nos la encontramos. a tener en cuenta que no todos tenemos 30 años ni las condiciones físicas para manejar estas situaciones con ligereza. habríamos agradecido que, de modo excepcional, nos hubiesen dejado acceder por la otra vivienda que da a la calle de arriba y así poder descargar en la puerta, y evitar que personas de 70 años tuvieran que llegar cargadas como mulas hasta allí. por lo demás un 12 sobre 10 para todo en general.
un apartamento perfecto en lo práctico, en la decoración, en el equipamiento, en las vistas, en todo.
el acceso, que no es nada cómodo. además no entendimos muy bien que fuera cosa nuestra sacar la basura, cosa que habitualmente hacemos por voluntad propia siempre que nos alojamos en este tipo de establecimientos, pero nunca por imposición, en este caso nos extrañó y vino a complicarnos las cosas por lo que comento de la dificultad para el acceso...nos hizo más complicada la salida

Sabemos que las condiciones de la calle son malas en este momento y ya están cerrando/terminando. Desgraciadamente las cosas no han salido como estaba previsto con las obras que fueron condenadas por tormentas, malas prácticas normativas y disconformidad en el Ayuntamiento de Altea. ¡Todo sin previo aviso o información previa!
Con respecto a la basura, enviamos un correo electrónico recordando/pidiendo a los huéspedes que saquen la basura cuando se vayan. Es debido a la mala experiencia en algunos casos. En muchos casos pagan justos por pecadores, lo lamento.

Espectacular!!!
Hemos pasado 6 días aquí y nos ha parecido espectacular, nos sentimos como en casa. Todo impecable y cada detalle muy bien pensado. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y un amplio espacio para estar con familia o amigos.
Si están buscando dónde quedarse en Altea, no lo duden ni un momento, este piso es perfecto para unas bonitas vacaciones!

Very comfortable stay at a very nice and centrally located apart
We stayed here for a second time. The apartment is very nice, very comfortable and very centrally located. All was arranged very well.

The decoration light which stayed on the whole night and we couldn’t turn off. Also more comfortable chairs on the balcony. We used the dining chairs from inside, the outside stools are too low to be comfortable in.
