Air conditioning not working, but enough dishes or cups, manager so ungelpful, asked to see them they refused and called us liars

Worst Customer Service from agent

House was advertised with central AC. Cooling down to 23 C is not proper AC. Mercedes was unhelpful and rude. she refused to acknowledge the problem and have a technician come until 2 days after our arrival. The technicians "changed the filters" which did little to help cool. During the whole week it was warm and humid in the house, and we were sweating [ as was Mercedes when she finally came]. The house was listed with central AC. This is untruthful. It barely worked and we were uncomfortable and aggravated. We paid $1,800 a night for this so called luxury house. It was a miserable experience and Mercedes only poured gasoline on the fire!

Fantastic and very relaxing

The staying in the Edge was great, the apartment has got all you need, beautiful view, spa zone, outdoor pool.

Hello, everything was great....kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, sea view, location, parking except bathrooms. In one, the drain was blocked, in the other, the floor of the shower was destroyed and the walls were dirty. Tablets for the dishwasher were available, washing capsules were missing. Definitly I will come back here.

Another stay

This is another of our stays at The Edge. As always everything was great. For us it is an excellent location. Close to Estepona, cool restaurants, right by the sea. Well and the place itself is very comfortable. We recommend

The apartment and the location was great, and the seaview was nice. Sadly the pool at the front was closed for the season, as well as the restaurant and bar.

Bien pero detalles a mejorar

El piso está muy bien, pero al tener el estore de la habitación principal en reparación, el aire acondicionado no puede mantener la habitación a temperatura. La ducha pierde mucha agua por debajo de la puerta.

Beautiful views, lovely indoor and outdoor pool. well stocked apartment with plenty of cooking amenities. the cleaner who came during our stay was very good.

Prachtig appartement .

Prachtig appartement maar de ontvangst kon veel beter.We moesten het appartement zelf gaan zoeken. Het was 35°celsius in het appartement en de airco lag niet aan, evenmin was er een beetje water in de koelkast. De host probeerde ons te helpen maar met de security ging dat moeizaam. Ze lieten ons aan ons lot over.Er sijpelde de 2 laatste dagen water uit de keukenkraan in de kast en op de vloer en dit werd niet degelijk gerepareerd.
