It is all clean and the building Supervisor does his work good

Nice apartment, located only a few meters from the beach. It was very clean and tidy, very well equiped kitchen, and our host was super nice and available when we had questions.

perfect three weeks

The location is perfect for windsurfing and wingfoiling. Nice appartement with parking slot for the car and a large garage for the gear

Llevo 12 años repitiendo, La playa es mas bonita que buena. Pero los apartamentos son estupendos
Terraza, Vistas y ubicacion. Ya que me preguntan, porque no hicieron las ventanas laterales mas grandes ? por intimidad ? serian las unicas abatibles cuando arrecia el viento. Sobre todo en los dormitorios.Si sigo no acabo
Mucho, pero subiria el precio y tal vez no iria. La alcachofa de la ducha se cae.( Pero no vamos ha dejar de ir). Un boton para apagar el viento ?

Superb location

We have been staying at Casa Medano for more than 20 years which speaks volumes how much we like the complex. Views are spectacular - the apartments are nice and comfortable with the patio area taking the sun all day. Literally you step out of the complex cross the newly laid boardwalk and you are on the beach.
Over the years we have found some superb restauarants just a few minutes walk from Casa Medano. Familiar restaurant run by Olivia is excellent as is La Boqueria run by Tony and his wife Fina. Lots of nice bars to have an evening drink before dinner. And a bonus for us is thata El Medano virtually closes down at 11pm - no madness here!
Hard to think of anything to improve.....

En general bien, pero las toallas no estaban bien lavadas. No olían bien. Las sábanas, aunque limpias, tenían manchas antiguas por no haberse renovado
